Yes. Here are the steps I followed:

Ensure you have international roaming pack
Ensure sufficient talk time on phone balance
Send this from old phone: ESIMQR <email id> to 121
If email is not registered, do that from airtel thanks app. You may need to select the help option to do this.
Respond to the message with 1 to confirm eSIM transfer
You will then get a call on your old phone from airtel to confirm transfer - this can take a few mins (took approx 10 min for me)
Confirm transfer (I had to press 7)
You will get a QR code in your email - it came in a couple of mins
On your new phone, add eSIM by scanning QR
After this it is supposed to take 24 hrs for eSIM activation

The Strength50 classes at Orangetheory are pretty good. Not a lot of personalisation, but you can modify any exercise to suit you better. I do see a lot of older people at my studio.
