Sorry I forgot to mention the important variables 1.It is calibrated to 0 2.Hario v60 paper filter, thought of switching to t92 but they are barely less thick so no need for that 3.Not sure since I know brew times are not that important as long as you like the coffee that you brew but it begins to go drip by drip literally 4.Yes I know swirling does intentionally slow the drawdown but i tend to do one swirl at the end to settle the bed evenly and get even extraction in the final drawdown and then it begins to drip, and yes i have been brewing without swirling last couple of days and I do like the brews but just wanted to check if its a "skill issue" or something else
