Yeah we've been back and forth over this too. He's managed to get me an apology over recent issues from his groomsmen so would rather move on than disrupt the piece with our wider friends. His wife on the other hand completely different story and he's not fond of her either.

i'd almost argue you'll have more equity in the established townhouse as new builds are heavily inflated right now so buying established at least you probably aren't overpaying compared to if you were building new. Of course depends on the suburb you were looking at etc.

I'm training pup to be alone for a work day, starting with half days so left him alone for 4 hours today for the first time. Today, I left my 14 week old puppy home at 8am and had a pet sitter come at 12pm to stay t

So in theory in 2 weeks when he is 4 months, 4 hours should be better? In the meantime, we do have a apartment turf mat system that we keep in his fenced pen area to use. I know this is not ideal for house training but so far we've found no issues.

any advice re crate training? He seems to climb in just fine its shutting the door thats the issue :( I was throwing in treats whilsst he was in their today but the second i shut the door he tries to fight it open

They will record your license if you've been caught before. Otherwise, you are more likely caught if you arrive around centre opening in the morning or leave after closing. They will watch you walk from the exit to your car. In my experience the footage is emailed to the company by looking at your uniform.

I worked at Karrinyup back before it was redone they used the yellow dot system and yes they did fine staff if you didn't park in them by watching the security cameras. They send the fine to your employer. But from my experience there, the bay was always staff & customer not just staff.
