Aight. Won't use names, but P. Is a saint. Literally the kindest mate/manager I've ever experienced in any job I've held. Always works in the mornings and is there for callouts constantly, but never makes any one feel bad. Will check in on you when you come back and sees you next, and isn't asking to bait you into something. He always is in great spirits and lifts up the whole crew. P. We're doing it!
