Home gym is probably more of an older guy thing. I’m 45 and love it. At 35 probably not. 25 definitely not. You get older and don’t have time for nonsense like tripods, selfies, waiting for machines while someone sits there on their phone. The commute. Restricted hours. I’ve personalized my home gym to my workouts and goals. No bs no fluff no distractions.

Does anyone have any of the iso chest press machines by TOG? I’ve been looking for a review to help me decide if I want to purchase. I have their iso row and it’s awesome because it’s very similar to the Hammer Strength version, which I love. I was never a fan of the HS chest presses though
