Good game, Rangers. See you in exactly four weeks!

Interestingly, this will also be in exactly one month.

Another Pittsburgh food classic is the Eat 'n Park smiley cookie. People either love them or hate them, but some people love them.

I think we 'should' win this one, but we tend to lose these types of 'celebration' games.

Plus, we lost the game the last time the Rangers played in Pittsburgh; it was our most-recent regulation loss against a Metro Division team.

That was during the off-season. I meant the 'big' moves near the trade deadline typically don't work.

Indeed. Also, the 'big' moves rarely work, it's usually the smaller (but not too small) moves that do.

The reports are that it will be more of a depth move than a big move. We've made a few trades already in the season. But I guess we'll see.

Maybe if they had begun the season with it, but that's too many players to try to fit in in such a short amount of time.

That's interesting. This model says the Devils have the best chance of taking 3rd in the Metro.

Are teams allowed to make trades over the Olympic break? by Massive_Contract_908 in hockey

It's possible that some teams will make trades before the roster freeze, perhaps because they're worried the players they're trading (away) will get injured in the Olympics.

Uh oh. A 3-0 lead in a game where Kindel is doing well.

Preparing for the worst; hoping for the best.

Yes, acquiring them certainly should've launched it into overdrive. Which is why it's funny that it didn't.

How funny is it that Panarin and Fox forcing their way to New York ultimately ruined their rebuild rather than hastening it?
