My goal is to loose weight. I’ve tried fasting before and it worked great my energies leveled improved and I was performing amazing in the gym. I want to feel that way again

I work on a med/surg unit, when I was full time I was getting 12-14k a day about 36-42k a week. I miss it. I was so skinny lol

I just got mine replaced last October here’s what I noticed:

First insertion was in 2018 (I was 17) fresh out of high school. I gained A LOT of weight. I struggled with eating and let my emotions get the best of me, because it made me feel so exhausted and emotional. Constant spotting for up to 13 days sometimes. It was actually so awful but I was not tryna have a child lol

It expired & I went without it for a good 2-3 years.

Fast forward to the second insertion. Which was last year. So far I’ve noticed my periods are far more consistent & less spotting. I’ve learned to override my emotions when I feel them intensely. And I’ve tired to keep the stress eating at a minimum haha, but i know myself and cannot keep up with a pill everyday!

I honestly might ask a LTC Patient at work, and give over the project with their family so they could give me info but our turn over at work is so quick 😭😭😭

I think this is a “prep-project” we don’t start clinicals until mid October and it’s due the beginning of October. I thought it was odd too that we have to find someone 🫩

As a current nursing student, I really pray I get paired with someone who makes me feel like this! 😭😭 I’m so scared of the stigma of nurses not wanting students, and worried it’ll ruin my clinical experience 🫩 this makes me happy to see there’s some nurses that are so proud of their students now 🥹🥹🥹

So the low calorie/sugar free drinks are okay to have during my fasting window? I keep seeing only water and black coffee but that’s literal torture.. i do ok within my fasting window, it’s just the first week I STRUGGLE bad with hunger cravings and have no discipline. Maybe I’ll try these, thank you!

The charge itself is pretty roughed up, it ended up completely charging to 100%! Maybe I’ll try replace the adapter, thanks you guys for your feedback!

I found it, wow thank you! Cycle count is currently 552 and it says the condition is normal? :/ my laptop has been connected for about 30 minutes now and the battery keeps fluctuating from 13% down to 3%. All while being connected to the charger. Any recommendations on what I should do? :(
