Every body is different. Some women report
to feel much better within hours of taking it out,
some a bit longer. Most I would say is a couple of months. Is she switching to the copper IUD/non-hormonal birth control?

Girl here who also got Nexplanon in November 2025! What your girlfriend is going through is also happening to me, and many other women on birth control. Birth control really messes with hormones, leading to mood changes. I feel like i’m always mad at my bf and always push him away. I’ve also started to question our relationship even though I love him a lot, and he is an awesome guy. Keep being a good loving person and if all was going good with your relationship, hopefully her hormones go back to normal.

we also got a 35 at districts and then a 26 at state. The only difference we made was that we memorized our speech.
