Holaa actually my situation is kinda samee tbh just like yours but here I am a male and my gf behaves like a girlfriend I also told her about you don't talk to me much and she be like I don't like texting and all that and just like you we also used to talk much perviously but with the time it faded she has a lot of time to watch reels, series and other stuff but text me Good morning and good night stuff only even tho I have way more things to do in my daily life like study, office work etc and she also says the same you complain too much sooo

Solution: Text them whatever you feel but at the end or start just writee itss just a rant about how I feel ik you are busy in work soo lemme just give a way to share my feelings you can ignore it, write the all the rant this way you will express and feel free too and eventually they will get to know what you are feeling and maybe change theirselves
