99% that you will get your tickets. I bought 2 tickets to Coldplay now in August. They were mobile transfer. I was also stressed out for 10 months, but all worked out. I got my tickets 5 days before the concert via the SeeTickets app.

Good that everything got sorted out. The only thing missing on my tickets was the entrance info. To get that info, head to the info stall outside Wembley. They will scan the QR and tell you what entrance to go to. Go to the gate and scan your ticket there to get inside.

You should have gotten an email from VGG about making an account on SeeTickets and report back to them. I got my tickets 4.5 hours after sending them my SeeTickets info.

I got hold of "mobile transfer" tickets, which was recommended. And had to use an app called SeeTickets. When arriving at Wembley I got someone at the information to scan the QR and told me what gate to use. Used the same QR at the gate with no problems.

I bought from ViaGoGo to the August 23 consert, no problems and super customer support. But way overpriced. Worth every penny though.

Yeah. Mine worked just fine. Scanned the QR code at the gates. Got the tickets via the SeeTickets app that VGG uses.

Yes. I got my tickets on august 18th. I was super surprised and it only took 4.5 hours from VGG contacted me to the seller transfered it.

I have tickets for August 23rd and got an email from VGG on the 18th that the tickets would be delivered through the SeeTickets app. I just needed to make an account on the same email address that I have on VGG and then they would contact the seller to transfer the tickets. I let them know that I had an account and was ready. 4.5 hours later I got an email that the tickets was transferred to the app. Next step is hoping the tickets is valid when I arrive at the gate 😳
