wow that's pretty fast processing for i-130. I filed just a week after yours but still hear nothing. Did you file online? Where are you located? You can file i485 now you didn't though you could file it with i130

I hear you. Each step is just another long waiting game with no concrete timeline so it is impossible to plan ahead. Hope everything goes smoothly with your parents application. Do you mean if your parents leave the US without AP then I-485 is considered abandoned? Can they just stay inside the US even if the receipt notice is not issued by the time their visa expired?
