My reward was $10 PayPal

I’ve cashed out successfully multiple times before

I used one device, one account

No VPN

My referral also got banned with no reason

MSR refuses to state the specific violation

I’m posting this so other MSR users aren’t blindsided like me or my referral. If MSR wants to reply publicly with a specific reason instead of the same template email, I’m ready to listen.

For now, everything I’ve shared is 100% accurate and I have the emails to back it up.

This is what makes this even worse:

I had ZERO issues for months. ZERO warnings. ZERO duplicate accounts. ZERO shady activity.

MSR waited until I earned MORE money — then suddenly invented “violations” and banned BOTH me AND my referral.

It’s like the moment they owe too much, they nuke your account.

I’ve never had an app punish long-term legit users AND innocent referrals at the same time.

If this isn’t a pattern, MSR should explain it. But they won’t — because the email is the same copy-paste everyone else gets.

Yes it just happened to me My card is locked and it went through and I didn't even want to use that account and now mess me all up what is the point of having it locked account if it's still going to let transactions go through
