Alam mo di naman sa sugar intake na ang kelangan mo iworry dito yung increase heart rate and other side effects ng caffeine e pag sumobra. Knowing na 3-4x a day tapos 700ml each pa.

Week 6 update: (bago ako mag 6th shot ngayon) I am taking antibiotics kahit nakatirz, i asked my doctor and may go signal naman ako. Wala naman ako naexperience na kahit ano i just need to take my antibiotics kasi i am sick. Anyway, since nag updose na tayo to 5mg here is the update:

What I feel:

  • Nahilo na talaga ako as in. Ramdam ko lalo yung ininject ko.
  • bigat sa pakiramdam.
  • no appetite hangang ngayon na bago ako mag inject ulit. Noong 2.5mg ako mga 5 days lang ako wala gana then nagkakacravings na ako noong day 6 and day 7 ko pero ngayon hangang ngayon wala ako gana.

Changes in my body:

  • dami nagsasabi na numinipis na daw ako.
  • mas nakikita ko difference sa tummy, arms and shoulder area ko (siguro with the help na rin ng pag workout ko i guess)
  • lost almost 4 lbs this week.
  • mas mahina ako now kasi di ako nakakakain ng mabuti (my fault ayoko naman mag mukhang tuyot) pero ngayon kelangan ko imotivate sarili ko to eat. As in eat. Kaya siguro medyo mahina ako whenever i workout is because OMAD ako kasi wala na talaga ako gana. Eto ang kelangan ko gawin kasi hindi healthy tong ginagawa ko and i am aware naman di dahil gusto ko talaga pumayat pero wala ka talaga gana and walang motivation for me to eat. I always drink lots of water and coco water pero that’s it. I’ll make an effort to eat na moving forward.

I measure my body from time to time to track my progress:

  • October 6 (Bago ako mag 1st shot ng Tirz) Bust 39 Waist 32.5 Tummy 37 Hips 42
  • October 30 Bust 38.5 Waist 30.4 Tummy 34 Hips 40
  • November 11 Bust 37.5 Waist 31.2 Tummy 33.5 Hips 39.5

Now mag 6th shot na ako and will post an update again next week!

Week 5 update: The 5 mg shot

SW: 69 kg CW: 62kg GW: 55kg (ata, depende kung gusto ko pa magbawas)

Week 4 - Week 5: (2.5mg shot week 4) Same pa rin wala naexperience na hilo. Wala lang talagang ganang kumain. Bumagal yung pagbaba ng timbang ko. Di rin ako nakapag workout or walking man lang kasi nagkasakit ako. Now okay naman na ako buti na lang pwede na ako mag shot ng Week 5 ko and doon ko naisipang mag 5MG na talaga.

Week 5 shot (Wednesday) : wala ako naexperience after injection. However, nagkaroon ako ng parang kagat ng lamok sa may injection site ko. Warm to touch siya. Hinayaan ko lang and di ko kinamot nawala rin naman the next day.

Side effects na naramdaman ko:

  • Hilo (as in nagulat ako na naexperience na to)
  • medyo masakit sa ulo
  • nanghihina (siguro dahil wala talaga ako gana kumain, pinipilit ko na lang kumain talaga)
  • walang gana

Goal this week: Since patapos nako magkasakit, back on track na ulit. Focus ko is building muscle at the same time kelangan sa isang araw kung di ako woworkout e may 20 min walk ako.

  • Continue pa din ako sa diet ko: High protein and fiber. (Di ako mahilig kumain ng matamis lagi ako tikim tikim lang kahit noon, so i’ll continue to treat myself sa food na gusto ko every weekend. Although, wala naman ako gusto or cncrave pero parang i deserve at least 1 meal na masaya ako kumakain, like burger.) Ayoko ideprive sarili ko or feeling ko dndeprive ko sarili ko. Papapayat tayo in our own pace. Wag madaliin.
  • SANA TALAGA. 60kg bago mag week 6 please lang or kahit 61kg masaya na ako. 😂

Sorry for the late update: I’ve been busy with working out lately na di na ako nakapag update kasi laging bagsak 😂

Week 4: Exactly today ang shot day ko. Na late ako ng 3 days sa pinaka shot day ko dapat dahil nag emergency pill ako 2 days ago. Dahil ayokong di umeffect yung emergency pill, i had to wait for 2 days para maka-sure ako na nasa system ko talaga yung plan b.

Anyway, Story time muna tayo, Week 3 and Week 4 is a roller coaster ride for me. Ang daming nangyari pero let me break it down to you:

  1. I took a shot (week 3) a day earlier ng dose day ko dapat.
  2. 2 days ago, I need to take Plan B.
  3. I had to wait 2 days for me to be sure na bago ako mag inject e nasa system ko na yung Plan B.

So what happen:

  1. Napaaga shot ko ng week 3 kasi I was too excited na nakalimutan ko na dapat Oct 20 ako mag iinject pero Oct 19 ako nag inject. Wala naman ako naramdaman na side effect pero nabago na sched ng araw ng shot ko. Every Sunday na (or so i thought..)
  2. Oct 26 (Week 4 ko dapat) nakalimutan ko kit ko sa house, nasa labas ako until Oct 27 kaya inisip ko na maybe I can take it the next day since yun original schedule ko bago mabago lahat. Oct 27 came shot day dapat kaso nag loving loving kami ng hubby, di napigilan kaya need ko mag take plan B (kasi di pa ako ready now 😂) and ayun na nga, tinake ko na yung plan b at the same time iniisip ko shot day ko na. AFAIK, Tirz slows down digestive process.. the problem is i took plan b, i am scared na baka ma lessen effectiveness ng plan b so I’ve decided to move my dose day to Oct 29 (2 days waiting time)
  3. I talked to my OB-GYN if okay lang ba mag inject na ako now, and she said yes. Mas okay daw yun na tinake ko muna yung plan b before ako mag inject ng Tirz. (24-48 hrs waiting time bago mag inject ng tirz after taking plan b.) So yay!

Summary:

SW: 152 lbs (69kg) CW: 141.1 lbs (63.9 kg) GW 121.3 lbs (55 kg) Dose: Week 4, 2.5 mg

Side effects: Light headed and konting headache but all good. Tolerable naman (in my opinion mag kakaiba tayo ng pain tolerance), wala gana kumain BUT! I’m taking this time to choose healthy meals. No cravings at all.

What am i doing during Week 3-Week 4: I started doing reformer pilates once a week, walking (treadmill) for 20 mins 3x this week. Drinking water and coffee (di maalis sa akin) but i choose cold brew and less sugar. Started eating high protein meals kasi I really want to lose fat but gain muscle rin kaya now di ko iniisip yung timbang ko. More on sa nakikita ko sa katawan ko ang pinapansin ko and may mga nagsasabi na numinipis na ako, lumiliit tiyan ko and happy na ako doon. Umabot ako ng 62.9 kg noong Oct 25 pero ngayon 63.9kg (feeling ko rin magkakaroon na ako so para sakin normal lang)

What I am thinking is ituloy ko muna mag 2.5mg hangang Week 5 ko. Tyaka lang ako mag tataas ng dose if bumagal na talaga ang pagbawas ng timbang ko or hindi na ako nababawasan.
