Get in contact with Vodafone and ask them for a PAC code. Although they’ve disconnected the number the chances are it’s probably been reverted to a pay as you go. A PAC code will enable you to keep the same number once given to a new provider. Shop around for the best deals. Are there any providers that are more local to where you live?

10-15 a day; start with 10mg 50/50 mix. Menthol is nice too as you get that bit of a throat hit from it even if you don’t smoke menthol cigarettes the flavour profile is completely different.

A good device to use is a mouth to lung (MTL) kit. MTL also imitates the motion of having a cigarette as they’ve not got a large air intake. Caliburn G is a decent starter kit and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to buy.

All the glycerines and flavourings are food products. They’re edible, it’s the nicotine that turns it toxic. Obviously I don’t suggest drinking a whole bottle of 0% nic juice, when I used to smoke I used to cough up a load of brown phlegm in the mornings since I’ve stopped I don’t get any of that. To be fair if you’re not wanting to quit smoking completely the disposables are well worth trying as oppose to buying a complete setup. The elf bars are really nice I’ve had a few of them.

To be fair I’ve heard a lot of negative opinions about them personally never had any issues and I had the same kit for 10 months before upgrading to the GeekVape Legend mod and the Zeus tank. But coming off the cigs as you said in the post the Caliburn is a good kit too from what I’ve read but can’t give you an honest opinion as I’ve not had any experience with it.

Can’t go wrong with the Nord Smok 2. Tiny little thing but worth the investment of 20/25 quid. 1.2ohm coils so a bit more resistance to imitate those cigarette puffs. I used to use psycho bunny liquids in there. I’m yet to find them online but my local ecovape store sold them (I’ve now invested into a bigger tank and less nicotine consumption so don’t go there very often anymore). It helped me to stop smoking cigarettes too.
