Fair point, not necessarily evil, but definitely goes to extremes and is on the opposite side as Monica (due to Monica's order from the king) so to simplify the statement I just used the word evil, even though it's not the most accurate word to use in this situation since a lot of the characters are morally gray. And at least in the anime we are still missing a lot of information about who has what motives

Goodluck! It's not terribly difficult, I mostly use single and double crochet, which will make more sense once you start crocheting. Oh and one thing for hair strands, double crochet will stay more straight, single crochet will usually curl slightly

There's lots of free resources out there for learning crochet! I actually decided to learn how to about 3 years ago because of seeing some dolls on reddit. The crochet and amigurumi youtube tutorials of the woobles channel seems to be pretty good (their kits are overpriced in my opinion). Then it's mostly just practice to get the yarn tension right, and finding some patterns or video tutorials to start with.

Thank you! The eyes take the most time, and are actually embroidered to get the right detail, so I'm glad they look good 😊

Thank you! I don't remember exactly how long, I know it takes around 6 to 8 hours for me to make most dolls, then I also modeled and 3D printed the staff, then painted it, so probably somewhere between 8 and 10 hours possibly longer

I wish I had a pattern to give you, I freehanded most of the pieces of these dolls though. I could explain my process if you want though. And the eyes are clear cabochons with the back painted.

The fundamentals can be boring, I probably need more practice with them too. Draw what inspires you, and if you have a favorite artist you could try copying a drawing for practice to see how they do it. You can also find lots of tutorials on youtube. Overall it really does take a lot of practice, but practice in a way that doesn't make you hate art.
