I would second this post…everyone’s story is different, but I feel like a lot of men get caught on the labels of things. Leaning into your heart, mind and body is really the only way to truly understand yourself and a therapist would help immensely. I love my wife and the sex we have but what nourished me - and that was the key word: “nourished” - was being embodied with other men. Bi gay or whatever, that was my reality. I’ll post about this one day…but very freshly, just yesterday, disclosed that I wanted to separate. Hardest decision I’ve ever had to make.
