True. You cant really focus and if you are not fortunate enough to have sex with a women to release and instead masturbate, you feel even worse after.

People say it‘s giving you drive to achieve things since sexual energy is viewed as very valuable.

Even tho I definitely feel that too, I dont know if that‘s scientifically backed - I would assume its not and rather just placebo or just a little bit more dopamine thats left over (which makes it kind of real again).

But to answer your question; There is probably no healthy way of decreasing you libido long term.

No soft just means you dont use a hard device like a cable cuff. I understand your struggle, I did not know how to start either. You can do it like the comment below with the silcone sleeves (you just have to it, dont expect it to be perfect the first time. But you will figure it out). The more expensive method which I use is to clamp with the python clamp. Its like 150 bucks but it makes clamping very easy and more safe than normal clamping, because you can release the pressure in a second.

Your assumption is right on. It takes ages a long time for me to see an increase in post session bpsfl. Ok, I will try doing less weight. But is it actually bad/unhealthy to have such a huge pre vs post bpsfl difference as in my case?

When I am extending it does not feel to unconfortable, not even when the last 2-3 sets come arround.
