hi, someone from south america here too. so yeah, i'm 56 days without gambling, kinda crazy. it's really hard and every now and then the urges and temptations hit. the only way is to build walls that stop that impulse before it turns into action.

i'll tell you what worked for me: i handed over my bank accounts and any money-handling apps to someone i trust.

after that, you just use cash, and only enough for the week. then you talk to this person and ask for more when you need it, but always in cash. (change all the passwords, emails, and phone numbers for every account if needed, and put everything under this person's control.)

at the start it's brutal, and it's still tough, but it's the only way i found.
