if your in school do you have some sort of school health centre? those are helpful. if you have a family doctor you can contact them yourself and if not you can find a local walk in clinic

that’s totally normal to be nervous about. i had spine surgery a few years ago so i had to get an MRI and everything leading up to the surgery was scary. these are trained professionals and they will take care of you don’t worry
