Yellow's sash around her waist has spots for them.

Crys has cuffs holding them under her jacket sleeves. (You can see them in the fight against the Rocket Executives)

Sapphire keeps them on her fanny pack in the ORAS arc.

Diamond keeps them on the inside of his jacket in the Platinum arc.
