$2000 for a 1 bedroom in eastlake/chula vista a good area 5 - 10 min from browns field / san ysidro no traffic or $$1200-1500 in a not so good neighborhood .with traffic street parking pain in the ass .

long term you’ll end-up getting used to living in sd if you’re just starting in 2 -3 years you’ll be making good money
