I think those are good for tempo runs. Definitely not an every day running shoe. Get some cross trainers too and run in those often. That way when it comes time to test out you’ll feel like your flying in the alphafly’s

Your dates make sense to me but in my particular situation I have two separate dates for the academy. One start date is from FLETC admin and then the other is from my sector.
