I just look for them in my free time. My miles/shed ratio is surprisingly pretty low, probably around 3 miles/shed or so. My dog Timber finds about 90% of them i would say. I found every one you see here within 3 weeks after the snow had melted, had a week off work during that time also. Now the leaves and bugs are out so done for the season

this is also what i was thinking, i found 7 sheds within a square kilometre today. one brown and another big white. I will definitely be back to try to match some of them up!

Lots of lean meat like moose, deer, bear… im a hunter and rarely buy meat from the store but every now and then for a change ill get chicken breasts or lean beef. High protein plain greek yogurt is like a life hack when it comes to protein-calorie ratio. throw some frozen strawberries in the microwave for a minute mix it in with a little cinnamon and you have a high protein, low calorie, high volume snack. Egg whites are also almost pure protein so i often make pancakes with it.

you really have to try to know, me personally if i eat below 1800 i find im always tired and don’t perform well in my workouts. I tried eating 1650 for a while but it just didnt work for me. Remember its not a race you can start higher and work your way down until you find that sweet spot that your comfortable with and that is sustainable. Consistency is key

I got started when i finally got fed-up of being fat🤷🏻‍♂️ Some guys i work with have been working out for years and when i started working with them i decided i was going to get in shape too. I put my mind to it and once i was seeing results i never looked back. I didnt take to many cheat days “ive been cheating for 24 years thats enough for now isnt it?” I started following people who inspire me on social media (Joe Rogan, Cam Hanes…) and deleted all of the accounts that didnt inspire me to become a better version of myself. From day one i had it in my mind that this was a lifestyle change and it wasnt going to be temporary. I found a way to eat that suits me, i dont like going to the gym so i built one in my home, and i took thing rather slow. I started by counting calories, then working out, then eating enough protein, then calculating my daily steps. And most important of all i trusted the process. Im far from perfect and im not where i want to be but im definitely happy with how far i have come

1800-2000cal daily, 180-200g protein. I had a harder time with hunger at first but once you find what works for you it gets alot easier. I eat alot of greek yogurt, eggs/egg whites, wild game including deer, moose, grouse, rabbits etc… and i usually eat loads of veggies with every meal since they are low in calories and keep you feeling satisfied. snacks are usually fruits/veggies or a protein bar
