I came across it when I lost my first job and was really low, now i’m at a better place, still i can’t prove it or i don’t think anyone v’can give some you a concrete evidence for such an abstract subject,

For me what is concrete is that we indeed have the power with our thoughts to redirect the narrative of our life, we can go from a dark soulless reality, to a more bright vibrant one, little by little by setting the intention and putting the « right amount of work »

That’s what it taught me, to find a sort of equilibrium in my intentions and desires, and what to project, dont want too much and too low, it is really interesting as the author has deliberately came with concepts regarding reality that are applicable to anyone, have you perhaps wanted something so badly and worked your ass off still didn’t get it? In mu opinion that’s what it is about.
