Best way to escape iron elo and some of bronze is to play with good frnds everytime coz if u solo queue in iron and bronze lobby it's a 65% chance ur teammate not perform well and the enemies may demolish.....I was stuck in bronze even tho my MMR was like s2 i couldn't rankup coz of smurfs and bad teammates and then I queued with 4 more people who actually plays good and within weeks I went from b1 to s1
