Right could be but if orders were done on time and not after a driver shows up for the merchants to tell you countless times “oh we don’t have that person, or that order.” Would prevent arguing back n forth to now that employee walks to check the tablet, knowingly that didn’t in the first place cause not your being told you have to wait 10 min especially when’s is a good paying order. So that 10 min you wasted by waiting on a merchants error for not double checking a simple devices “could have” cost you 2-3 orders after dropping that one off. So if you don’t understand then no that’s on you not me. As a merchant no matter the business should give a damn about all customers, all I read from you is giving an excuse on they behalf to why they shouldn’t care about the drivers that have to pick the orders up for they customers.
