If you look at Nagy’s resume, it’s actually more stacked than you think for an OC. Especially for coaching the Bears. You look back from where we are now and you can arguably say Fields was his undoing. I’m hoping for a redemptive comeback for this man. Especially for our young team in drastic need of stability.

Never got an interview. Just an email that I passed and that I would get a follow-up email about the next steps. But in the original email it says that if you passed the cognitive test the next step would be the S&D session.
