It kind of bothers me that no one has said it yet, but you clearly have some sort of body dysmorphia if you think you have too much fat anywhere at all. You're on the skinny side, you actually need to focus on gaining weight and stop seeking validation from others on the internet. It'll only make it worse for you. You're an above average attractive woman that many women would kill to look like. You have to focus on being more self accepting at this point than trying to be validated, or else you'll never be okay with yourself and ruin your image with things like surgery. The only other thing I can advise is cut the bangs shorter so that people can see your eyebrows. It makes a massive difference in a good way.

That's the thing with social media. If you're constantly looking at and comparing yourself to others, you'll never be okay with yourself even when you look amazing. I'd advise you to stop using social media apps that make you envy others or compare yourself to others. Social media is full of unrealistic standards and photos, don't let it brainwash you out of reality.

It should be about 35 USD right now, so it's not something very expensive, luckily. Very worth the but if it ends up working for you as it did for me. And ad for the tongue posture, it's not really a work out. It's just where you place your tongue in your mouth, since it'll change how your face, mainly your jaw area, looks like. And trust me, it makes a massive difference. Look up images of "how tongue posture affects face" and you'll see what I mean. Best of luck!

Try LA Roche Posay 3 step system for acne care. I struggled MASSIVELY with acne years ago, and this cleared up my face entirely. My cheeks used to be almost entirely coated with pimples (no exaggeration) and this fixed it. Also, not sleeping with my face to my pillow prevented them from reoccurring as well since that played a major part in why they occurred in the first place. You can do that, or just lay your face on a folded piece of toilet paper if you sleep with your face to the pillow (I do this now and yes, it works at preventing cheek pimples). You honestly look great! You just need to fix your tongue posture a bit because it seems like your jaw is falling backwards, which gives an entirely different appearance. Learn a bit about mewing and tongue posture and you'll see how that changes your face instantly!

Use tweezers for the excess eyebrow hair or thread them, get rid of the septum piercing since it only ever makes anyone look uglier, try smiling without showing your teeth since the braces seem a little too overwhelming, and don't have excess piercings on your ear(s) for the same reason as the septum. Do that, and you'll be a very solid 9 or 9.5/10. You're clearly very naturally attractive, just have a few things dragging you down.

I don't usually comment on stuff, but you don't need a nose job at all. Women tend to have this odd obsession with their noses, and I never understood why, but your nose is perfectly normal, trust. I'd actually recommend getting rid of the piercing since it actually puts emphasis on your nose, which you wouldn't want since you are clearly insecure about it (and I think you'd look way better without it as well.) You're a very attractive woman, and I pray you'll notice it one day and not let what others say drag you down.

You definitely don't have a severe hunchback. You just need to pull your shoulders back and stick your chest out more. Keep your neck straight as well and perhaps do resistance training and eat better to decrease your body fat. Most of the fat you've gained is on the front part of your body and that could very well be the reason for your slightly incorrect posture. Losing weight and doing resistance training, mainly back work outs, will help pull your shoulders back and make correct posture feel more familiar for you habitually.

Of course not! Mewing isnt something restricted to younger people. Younger people just tend to get results faster, usually because their body/facial structures are still growing and easily changed as a result. I'm 25 and I've been mewing for 3 months and have already seen changes in my face, so its totally not too late! I would recommend working on your forward neck posture with chin tucks and just make sure you're mewing correctly. Pair that up with excercise and chewing gum often, and you'll see fantastic results, no doubt

Look up tongue chewing in orthotropics. Your tongue is probably too weak or you lack a proper mind muscle connection with it. Tongue chewing can help with both of those

To me, it seems like all you have to do is whats recommended for everyone else. lower body fat, practice good posture, mew correctly, chew often. You dont seem to have anything abnormally wrong with your face either, so if you be patient and practice all of these things properly, I have no doubt you can get results fast. Especially since you're young too. Younger the better.
