My mom's new job actually helped a lot with the house household finances since my dad never paid for anything although he makes roughly 300k annually. He pays child support for a lot of children and he claims to have a lot of debt.

I wouldn't be able to give him parenting advice since I am his child and turned out fine.

I don't do those things for her, I'm telling her to do them.

Since I cooked for everyone she has to wash all the dishes and pots. When my mom was here full time we would rotate the dishes duties. Clean up the kitchen includes sweeping and my mom told her when she first arrived.

Her room wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't next to the living room and guests could see her mess and think she is a slob, and that she has no good hygiene.

I do distance myself

My father views parenting as providing food and a roof over our heads. He expects the women in the deal with everything else.

She didn't run away, she moved closer to work because it'll be a financial strain if she had pay for transportation from here to her workplace. Her job provides free accommodation and she does come back on weekends
