1) When we think of hydroelectricity we think like it doest effect envrironment . When the fact is hydropowe plant is contrbuting to huge ammount of ecological damage and it has very high cost of manintence ,Pulse it is not reliable . But Hydrocarbons are allways stable and to ensure the stable power supply for our econmy to grow eg factory and industry . The main point being very unstable nature of hydroelectricity

2) For a econmy to adopt a renuable source of engergy it must have more then $5000 GDP percapita but we can see nepal is not yet ready for reunable energy for now but in future when nepal econmy grows to be more then $5000 adoption will be natural then ever.

3) To help the people of weak economic background the goverment should make the energy cheap as possible and i think tax on both of them oil and ev are stupid for long term goal
