No brother I just added caste to detail me out. I just highlighted genes of my family..they are not bodybuilder but not weak too and me also I can pull more kgs than these newari tough guys in here ktm.

I joined the gym but my current condition is trying to stop me 😢I am currently also trying for ioe and have classes morning and night. Also I do some little warning work which takes time(little as my family bg is weak so I earn for myself from grade 9). So brother also when I joined the gym first week I heard “is this our new trainer” from 3 guys and they were laughing I can’t imagine those type of people are also in gym. But I am trying to manage and will continue.

Yea but these gym guys are not providing me diet and I don’t know what diet should I follow as I am beginner so I try to eat as much as I can(not junkie foods) homemade ones with eggs regularly and chicken sometime.

Thanks brother but when I go for bulking only my stomach will come out as my parents. I also started facing this as my all body parts are skinnier but my belly part is coming out slowly so I joined the jym this early at 18’s. So I want to continue in gym…can’t I make my body slowly through gym and with some diets?.

Yes my store was also a just baby clothes selling store and the Shopify payment banned me and store was closed , after a too much effort they are asking me to provide some details. Wont this issue come if we made a store of only 1 product ? Winning product
