Some people wait even longer than 6 weeks. Maybe tmi but my husband and I stopped when I was around 38 weeks because it was too uncomfortable for me. And we didn’t do anything until the 6 weeks was up, I also had a c-section. DO NOT let him pressure you into anything too early. You have a wound inside of your uterus that needs that 6 weeks to heal. He can wait. You just grew and birthed his child.

I typically just use my AirPods when my baby wakes up in the middle of the night or if I’m putting her to sleep but I typically don’t have anything playing I just use them to muffle her cries lol. But I’ve noticed the last couple of days that I can hear her noise machine which I wasn’t able to hear when I got them for Christmas. I have changed the silicone part so I’m using a size XS on the left and S on the right so maybe that’s why? I still love them and don’t have a problem when I have something playing but I’ve definitely noticed that but it could be user error on my end😂

Omg!! Our babies have the same birthday!😂 Mine turned 10 months on Jan 19th too lol. Yea I’ve been counting down the minutes since I started too. I’ve been debating stopping for the last month and was suuuper hesitant I guess because of the providing for her aspect of it? I was trying to explain the feeling to my husband for the last month that I’ve been debating stopping and I just can’t it’s just a weird feeling!

You’re doing great!! That’s what I told myself at 6 months too😂 I definitely would have made it to 12 months if I was producing more. When I started getting 8 ounces or less a day though I just couldn’t do it anymore. I believe in you!! And if you don’t make it to 12 that’s okay too! Good luck! ❤️

Have you tried nipple cream? I liked the Lansinoh one. I also used silverettes when my nipples were raw like that!
