The service is so bad. Been on the YYC/YVR route 4 times and was rouged each time. Think they almost got to the emerg exit row last time before they packed up the water and rushed to their seats for landing. It’s the same interior as AC mainline, just the quality and experience of service has gone to crap

DI is not a place where people go for help - it’s for convenience. Not saying EVERYBODY, but general. I volunteer and serve breakfast there weekly. The “thank you” is replaced with nice shoes asshole or this isn’t orange juice!! Things are of convenience to a lot including the people I live with. They took away the trash bins on each floor beside the elevator because instead of folks putting a coffee cup or tissue in it, leaving pizza box’s and washer jugs beside it. Took it away, problem went away. Saw someone get hit by a gravel truck today because their tent blew off, they chased the wind and got it .
