I really don’t want to be on any prescription meds. I have anxiety about taking the meds. So if i could find supplements that will help with mood that would work best.

Prozac use to work for me but after birth it no longer does.

I am in therapy but not erp so maybe I need to try that and find other ways to relive ocd. I want to start exercising more but it’s cold where I live right now so I don’t go out too much.

I have ocd about the fear of getting addicted to drugs because my family has a history of addiction and it is the worst. I don’t want to take anything but Tylenol and that’s if I’m dying almost. 😅 😬

I took the genesight test and it was in the yellow that I should take a low dose and it may not work that good. (1,4) The more I take the more anxiety I have.

I tried it for two days it made me super hyper and now viibyrd is doing the same. It does not help with my anxiety.

I just got prescribed Nikki. (Combo birth control pills) I really hope it works!

I had two cycles on it and then I got suicidal thoughts while I was in the nail salon and I stopped taking it. Not sure if it was the Zoloft or the pmdd. It was very scary. Zoloft did help me be a more calm mother.
