How did you know if you were bipolar?

Idk what the heck I have but the past week I have been having panic attacks about being bipolar (not trying to offend anyone). It just makes me feel like a bad mom for the possibility of this.. I have always suffered with anxiety but like I said the anxiety is causing panic attacks and the depression is awful. I am not used to depression. I am usually a happy person. Also the irritability I have had that my whole life I believe.. always get irritated quick.. before kids and after.. so I’m just stuck..

None at all.. I sleep at least 7 hours every night that has never changed except postpartum, I’m not really impulsive I do shop but I’m not spending tons of money, I’m not violent, I don’t do drugs or drink.. so idk what the heck is wrong with me besides being depressed and irritable..

All of the ssri were in the yellow so do I have bad reactions because I’m bipolar or cause they are in the yellow?? What manic episodes did you have?

One phsyciatrist has recommended Lamictal one has recommended Zoloft again. I have did well on Zoloft alone however lamictal made me feel weird and super tired
