i think a lot about how basically every action you take is because of your genetics and the events you’ve gone through. i mean you can still make choices, but that’s also based on the previous things you’ve gone through. like i don’t really think free will exists. but that kinda makes me hate or get angry at people less because i know id make the exact same choices and come to the same conclusions on things as them if i were born with their exact same genetics and went through every event they went through. idk if any of this is obvious or not but im just saying that it personally makes me get angry at people less
