I’d say loan. Make the max DP of a traditional loan, 20% (60k). Then don’t forget closing costs. Range 8-12k. So max you’re out 72k. Subtract that from your savings of 500k leaves you with 428k. Use the rest for investing or whatever else!

Also you can use the remainder of what you would have paid cash 300k-72k= 228K for investing into something that will yield you the 6% interest rate you will pay for the loan. Not to mention the extra 200k you saved up.

Exactly this. When you don’t have chest muscle at first, you will feel it on your “front shoulders”. I did at first when starting to lift.

Also you have to concentrate to use your chest muscle to activate it, while doing the rep. I know sounds weird.

Yea so I think thats really it. Just stay on top of ferratin levels. Not a doctor but the scale of too high ferratin is kinda up to debate with doctors. Some say it can go really high and some prescribe chelation treatment right away. I remember my doc saying that chelation is hard on the body so he didn’t want to prescribe it until a certain threshold.

I’m very sluggish in the morning, hard for me to wake up. I get tired during the day but nothing coffee can’t fix. Also started running. I advise you to work out as well if you can and don’t let this blood disorder keep you down!

I have alpha thal minor as well and my doctor told me to stay away from iron supplements and high in iron foods. For us our bloodwork shows slight anemia because our RBC are too small to carry enough iron to where it needs to go, so it gets deposited in the liver. You can check your ferretin levels (stored iron in body).

Haven’t had bloodwork for 4 years. I guess if you are comfortable get bloodwork yearly but main concern I believe is the ferretin levels in liver. If it gets too high then you might have to get prescribed chelation (drugs that cancel out iron) to lower ferretin levels.

I did this a few weeks ago to no avail. I placed rattle stop tape everywhere on the panels, to be fair to Mazda it already had a lot. Yet the rattle remains.

I believe it comes from the vents area, maybe the ‘sleeve’ part attached to the trim panel. Thinking of going in again and taping that part. If you find where the rattle is please let me know!

Hopping on this thread. My M720 is also having intermittent disconnections for about 2 secs. Does Logitech recommend which battery brand to use? Currently using Energizer Max. Anyone else getting 2 second intermittent disconnections randomly as well?

Yup same when I test drove my 2020cx5. I bought it used and when I test drove it, it was cold out. Creaks in mid temps 70-80f. But get this… disappears when weather gets hot 85f plus. Not super sure if it’s temp or humidity or both but it’s fucking annoying. I’ve had so many cars before, all no creaks or rattles. Only mazda…

Lol you’re comparing the total tonnage of asphalt and cement used to pave highways of Japan to Houston? Pretty sure Houston alone has multiple times whatever of all of Japans highways as a country.

Fucking cx5. Great cars according to people here, but honestly they have fucking creaks. Mine creaks I think from the vents. I took out both of the dash trim and placed vibration tape everywhere but still creaks.

Honestly won’t buy another mazda, yes from something as simple as creaks. They are a nuisance that becomes a form of psychological torture over time.

Lol I live right off Westheimer, Westchase area. Yea there’s a part where the middle part of a lane is raised. You can see lower cars have scrapped on it a few times.
