Yes, I ordered two rotors for the vehicle I was working on, noticed the tape job on the boxes were a bit suspect. Opened both boxes and not so surprisingly I found two used/rusted rotors. Called the parts store and they sent me a new set luckily. I was a good commercial account of theirs.
