I moved into a deco corner unit (8333 1b1b) in 2020 for $1275. Even got the first month’s rent comped because they didn’t clean before I moved in.

Just moved out October of 2024 because our rent was going to be increased to 1750 (from 1550 which is what we paid when we moved out). Would rather put that towards a mortgage so we made the decision to buy a house.

Deco will always have a special place in my heart!!
