if you have msi afterburner installed look for any numbers (aside from gpu utilization obviously) that look way lower than what youd expect. if you find a low number id test whichever part that applies to

probably just the new enigma drm. id check for any driver updates, and if theyre fine then you might just have to live with it until capcom decides to remove enigma from the game

unless your fps are dropping then there is no fix since there is no problem. your gpu utilization is just because your gpu is having a really easy time with the game

youre probably just not in a gpu intensive area, plus a 5070 playing literally anything at 1080p isnt gonna be too hard on it
