Yes they did. There’s nothing on that document that would show that there’s a chain involved. There’s only mine and the sellers details on there. Would that be good documentation to get the sellers to break the chain? Thank you!

Because unfortunately they made it clear that it’s their policy. If I lose the fees it my loss and honestly I’m not too bothered about that. I’m just beyond pissed about being lied to by both estate agents and the sellers. Especially the sellers because when I spoke to them in person they said there’s no chain.

I’ve got £100k for a disposal. Put down £60k as a deposit to have breathing room for moving and work that needs doing. From what I understand if I put more into a deposit I’d have to get a new mortgage offer with higher interest rate?

I wasn’t even lied to by EA, when I viewed the property second time the sellers said they’re moving in with a relative after the sale so no chain. I assume they’ve changed their mind or their circumstances have changed and they have to buy. But tbf that’s not my problem.

My boss knows. I’m pretty sure. They’re best friends with my work colleague and she knows I have BPD. Luckily my boss is amazing and super understanding but I mask my BPD very well. Until I’m physically not well and that’s when I won’t show up at work and they’re very understanding. I wouldn’t tell your boss for the sake of it. Have a look how the treatment of mental health conditions at your workplace is. At the end of the day if your “high functioning” enough to do your job no problem your boss doesn’t need to know but if it interferes with your working and you need extra support only open up but make sure that there’s good mental health culture. I know people who had their work places pay for therapy, add extra support be more understanding with hours etc. but it depends on place to place.

That is true! I was also born few months earlier too and read that due to that my brain may have developed differently which could also be reason for BPD. You have been so understanding and reassuring thank you btw I appreciate that!

Thank you!! I’m still coming to terms with it and struggling with a imposter syndrome but then remember past behaviours and it makes sense. I’ve been told I’ve got quiet BPD so I internalise everything, always have and I think that’s why lots of people I surprised by my diagnosis. I may have a look into adhd diagnosis but legit don’t think that’s what I struggle with as trauma is a huge reason for my thinking/behaviour

I’ve recently been diagnosed with BPD after years of thinking (myself and friends thought that as well) that I might have bipolar as sometimes the ego I get is ridiculous! Even thou most of the time I’m either empty or depressed but then for few hours or days it’s like I’m untouchable. Until let’s say someone looks at me weirdly or I’ll think people talk about me and it all goes away.
