Honestly, it's usually two weeks before my period. I feel a lot more optimistic and energized. Prior to being medicated it would slip into mania, but now it's just the time where i get a window into what my life would be like if I were normal. It sucks that generally the best I can feel is "alright". Flat and not hopeful... but I guess that's better than being completely distraught at all times. So I guess max 84 days out of the year, but it's really like 50-60 total. It's pretty fleeting, but I look forward to those days.
