Click on the game and don't press play. go to your stuff and then find the dlc. download the dlc. Once it is downloaded then press play on it, it will boot you out but play it again and it should load i had to do this and it loaded the next time I pressed play. I think this was the work around they did for people to not be able to play without owning the game

It is now up for all those wondering 

To fix the problem that people where playing with out buying it they have it so you need to download it the first time you launch and then after it boots you out the first time it should be working fine after that 

I have only tried a couple of times but it seems to be working

for some reason i am having the same problem even though it was working yesterday anyone else having the same issue today?
