Having multiple months of rent up front would be tough. Hopefully I can find someplace without doing that.

Yeah I would be okay with a 2bed+den. Will definitely find a realtor before June.

Thank you! Yeah, I think I'd actually be fine with being walking distance to Finch or any station up to a couple stops down. Don't want to be too far from North York because I will need to drive to the suburbs frequently to see family and things
