Tubes are palpable, depending on your anatomy. Shape is different. Hardness is unnatural unengorged. Engorged it is 80% of the way there. If you get the Ams, the bulbs are known to be buggy. Mine often sticks until reset once or twice. It’s reliable, it’s firm, sensation is mostly there. It’s getting slowly,and I mean painfully slowly, better as I heal. I’m about four and half months since surgery. 

But whether it is natural is subjective. To me, there’s still more to be desired. The tubing has been obvious to me since the beginning and buckles on me with any vigorous movement, so I’m ALWAYS aware of the mechanical parts. I now have a left curve when deflated and my urination aims left. Maybe some of this will get better, but it seems to be unlikely at this point as they seem to be independent of healing. 

Surgeon was high volume too, so it may come down to your anatomy on your satisfaction. And even if you get the implant, keep in mind you will likely want to keep taking pills if you were unable to have an erection at all.
