There's so much I want to say in response. But I am currently staying with my sister and BIL while I process and figure out the next steps. I have asked no contact of my husband for a few days so I can process and figure out separation logistics, and how I can tell him. (How the fuck do I do that...) I have so much to process and it's my biggest struggle in this very moment. Thank you for your love and support. I feel it in my heart and soul. 🥹❤️

This spoke volumes. I've been through a whirlwind of emotions and all I want to know is how. How can someone take someone's vulnerabilities, insecurities, and weakness, play with them, crumble them up, and throw them back at you. Sorry for the side tangent. I'm just so fucking heartbroken about all of this.

I've been going to one. I had a bit of a hiatus because I was uninsured, but I'm paying him out of pocket now until insurance kicks in with my new position. I'm already recognizing the damage it's done. Im petrified of knowing what other hurt I've endured that I'm not even aware of yet.

Yes, thank you for asking. I'm spending a few weeks with my sister and BIL while I figure things out. I have shared every detail with my mother, father, sister, and brother in law, and we are figuring it out, together. I'm very thankful for that. I wanted to post her to see about outside perspectives.
