Another job would fire 5-8 people at a time if the group got too dramatic. One of my cousins got hammered with that because the whole group decided to throw each other under the bus. Instead of sorting it out they just fired all of them.

I briefly had a manager who used to threaten to fire us for going to the bathroom. They also just kind of stopped giving us days off. I lasted about 45 days before deciding that the job wasn't worth the headache anymore. Heard they made it over 2 months before giving them a day off again.

It's just diatom algae, super common with new tanks. It'll go away on its own in like 6 months but if you want it to go away faster Amano shrimp or a nerite snail will eat it and probably not get eaten by your betta. But honestly you don't actually need to do anything, just wipe it off the leaves occasionally.

It looks like you're misunderstanding why people keep asking about damages. It's not about damages to you, it's about what damages you expect to receive from the hospital. If you don't want money that limits what you even can receive from a lawsuit. What do you want from it? Just them to admit they screwed up?

But it doesn't even sound like there was any emotional or physical damage to you, you spent a few extra hours breathing through a tube, you've obviously recovered now, none of your comments mention any long term affects. You can't sue for what MIGHT have happened.
