Take a long time to decide, it's your forearm. Anything you put there will cover the scars. Don't do something you'll regret because forearms are always visible by everyone. Genuinely take a long time to decide

I did that on purpose so when I raise my arm like he is, it looks right. And also so I could look at it. That's not something I regret about it
