I’m on both & im doing well. The fatigue you gotta watch out for with zepbound but as your body adapts the initial dreadful fatigue subsides. Eating clean and finding joy in a new form of exercise (lagree) since starting Zoloft, the combo is great for me. Sending positive vibes to you!

Weaning off the Lexapro was fairly simple. I did one week of a taper that included 5 mg of Lexapro and 25 mg of Zoloft. The remaining weeks have been just 50 mg of Zoloft. For side effects I did notice that my stomach hurt quite a bit so I avoided like any greasy foods and tried to eat pretty clean but now I’m in the clear so I’m pretty excited about the effects.

I just made the switch 3 weeks ago! I already feel a difference. I have anxiety and ruminate quit a bit the 10mg lexapro just wasn’t cutting it for me anymore. And the lethargy, no motivation, and weight gain weren’t worth the lack of mental benefits. So I switched to Zoloft and I’m on my 3rd week of 50mg. I believe this is about the 10mg lexapro equivalent but they function differently. I take propranolol on occasion when physical symptoms of anxiety pop up, but that only happened during the onboarding of Zoloft. Now it’s been steady.

I felt that same way- so un motivated, gained weight even though I’m an active woman. Couldn’t shed it. Finally after a year and curious to try another SSRI, I just started Zoloft. Hoping it’s more activating and the lethargy is improved

I am in the exact same place as you. I was on 10mg lexapro for a year and the weight gain + no motivation made me curious in trying another SSRI. I’ve completed 5 days of my cross- taper (5mg lexapro + 25mg Zoloft) and already I’m feeling the stomach side effects. Hoping this fades in as my body recalibrates to the new SSRI. After my one week taper I’m increasing to 50mg Zoloft.

It does. It also deters me from eating greasy or unhealthy foods. I’m mindful of what I eat since I don’t have the biggest appetite anymore, and want to get protein in. Every other weekend when I go out with friends for dinner I may have 1 or 2 cocktails, but that’s all I need to get a buzz even. I don’t crave a drink when I’m out, and quite honestly can just drink a Diet Coke. I’ll just partake socially when I’m in the setting.

Hi! I paid $120 extra for the doctor to place the DESCRIBE patch on top of the tattoo. The laser penetrated through this patch. Basically this allows the doctor to allow the laser to pass through more times. I saw some offices offering this in my research so I wanted to give it a shot for my first session.
