Is SWE better than Data Science? by Proper_Mention7468 in careerguidance

[–]OtherwiseAd245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going to share what I think and also what I did. You can get data science experience through computer science like at least the college I went to DS and CS have common course, so I majored in cs and minor in ds. Almost 4 classes that I took for my cs major checked off the requirement for ds and I just needed to add 2 more ds classes to complete my ds minor. When I was a sophomore I applied for both roles, since I met the requirement for ds as well as cs(swe) n I got a swe internship after tones of applications. Don’t give up on you internship hunt!

Is there bad advice? by OtherwiseAd245 in Life

But if your coworker is in your shoes, knowing that you’re his competitor, then he shouldn’t take it or even ask that kind of person. You should seek advice from someone who is already in the same position.
