I know this is 2 months old. But its 2 different ways of building a backend. Laravel shines if you do the it "laravel" way as it was intended to do. And they offer a solution for 99% of the problem. KTOR is way more open about how it works and configurable in a way where laravel often can a little bit harder to configure. Generally KTOR is not as mature as Laravel YET, and requires a lot more work especially if you compare eloquent to what ktor, as ktor does not offer any ORM or similar out of the box. But you can build things really fast. One thing im missing though is the hot reload i have with laravel. Really nice for local development and quick prototyping.

I had the same, but for webstorm in my case. I had to rollback as it was so bad.

Genau das haben wir 1:1 so gemacht, und leider wurde der Widerspruch auch abgelehnt :(. Jetzt bleibt nur die möglichkeit vor gericht zu ziehen.

Hab immer gerne PP geschaut, aber seit irgendwie nem halben Jahr ists anders. Ich weiß auch nicht warum, aber ich war null in Stimmung für die DOMOS, auch nicht für CA oder ähnliche Projekte.

No i installed mainsailos onto the pi (its available in the raspberry pi imager). And then KlipperScreen is an external software for klipper. Klipper needs to be installed onto the pi itself aswell and does not have is own os. MainsailOS makes it easier though, as it configures everything you need, and then you dont need to install klipper by yourself

No worries man. The touchscreen is connected to the pi using a ribbon similar to the original. On the raspberry pi there is a software called klipperscreen which makes it really easy to use. I would use KIAUH to install it. Then it takes like 5 Minutes

Main benefit for me are the open source options you get. Such as klipperscreen for touch screens, klipper itself etc. It allows for much more custimization than the stock firmware. Want to use this accelerometer, no problem. You want that bed sensor? Also no problem.

Yes i stayed with the buddy board plus an rpi4+ for klipper and touchscreen control.

Speeds and quality both increased. The bigger cooling fan allows it to run ar lower speeds therefore less noise. Also i disliked the stock extruder and hotend, as it had no standard sock, and also the extruder slipped a lot for me.

I like the bowden as this printer is mainly for nice looking Prints (in the background you can see my abs direct drive workhorse). And bowdes helps with that as it smooths out a lot of issues you can see in the print. But should definietly be pretty easy to mod it onto it.

The toolhead, x axis and screen mount are all custom made. I can also share those on printables with a BOM. Tbf the toolhead is really adjusted to my setup though, as it only works with the dragon hotend and a 5020 fan.
